Development of an information infrastructure to drive the sensor devices, to handle the sensor network by an integrated management system and finally to directly transmit clinical data of biosensor and drug delivery system to electronic health record. This represents a high level of integration of individual patient clinical information contributing to the full adoption of a patient-centric model.
